Pig Tusk Native Money - This is a fine old native currency pig tusk that has a beautiful age patina and polish.  The woven rattan bit on the end has some aged black pitch with embedded shells. Given the way the tusk is worn and polished I would guess it was worn as part of some jewelry for many years. The nice thing about such an old piece is that it is solid and will not crack or split.  It is 3.5 inches in diameter at the widest part.
